Straight leg raises getting better but still room for improvement. Bending is doing real well; a few degrees short of normal. If I stretch it one way the other way becomes stiff but that's expected. Assisted squats are doing ok and the swelling is improving.
Not sure if I need to go back for therapy or not. Last day was on Dec 21st.
Three weeks out and I think I'm ahead of schedule.

Week Two Post Op
Bending to 145 degrees. 5 away from normal.
Still need to work on straightening. I can stretch it to 0 but need to get it there with just my leg muscles. Must get better with the straight leg raises.
Swelling is down a lot but still have some.
Was able to do an assisted full squat to parallel.

Week One Post Op
Used a bone-patellar tendon-bone graft for the surgery. One of the newest and best methods. The idea is that the recovery is much quicker/stronger since you don't have to wait for tendon to bone to heal but bone to bone. Was in the CPM machine all night which really helped.
Meniscus was just frayed and was filed down. Nothing removed so no early arthritis.
Left Leg is -2 degrees in straightening and 150 degrees in bending
Friday, Day One: Straightening 3 degrees, Bending 105 degrees
Monday: Bending 114 degrees
Tuesday: Bending 122 degrees
Wednesday: Straightening 1 degree, Bending 132 degrees
Thursday: Straightening 0 degrees (complete - no hyperextension until the graft is healed), Bending 134 degrees

Whatever It May Take
ACL surgery tomorrow. In 2 years this game has taken a toll on my body. A dislocated elbow, a shattered finger that needed a plate and 4 screws to put it back together, a broken in half humerus and now a torn ACL and meniscus.
