Segmented Snatch DL (1 sec pause at 1" off ground, below knee, mid thigh) + Snatch DL + Power Snatch
115# for first 5 min
125# for next 3 min
135# for last 2 min

B.  Front Squat 5, 5, 3, 3, 1, 1, 1 - build heavy but not max
@ 185# - 205# - 215# - 225# - 240# - 250# - 255#
