RFSH 5.3

Run 3 x 800 meters on the 5 minutes
Goal is sub 4 mins for all
3:31, 3:44, 3:57

*Rest 5 minutes after finishing last 800

Run 3 x 400 meters on the 3 minutes
Goal is sub 2 mins for all but each one should be faster
1:48, 1:44, 1:41

*Windy and hot.  107 heat index.
