Jump Rope - Single unders on 2 legs

For Rounds: 
1 Strict Pullup
1 Kipping Pullup
1 Toes to Bar
1 Knees to Elbow
Drop off bar as rest for 30 seconds, then
2-2-2-2 and so on until you can't complete the round
4 Rounds + 5 Strict Pullups
