Sorensen hold x 45 sec
Wall Sit hold x 1 min

3 sets:
Seated (on bench) Wide Hip Flexor Circuit - 5 Flutters + 5 Circles each direction x3
Seated SL Hip Flexor Sit Ups (toe under DB, opposite leg tucked) x10
