Back Squat (225#) 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 rep rounds
Between each round:
15 Wallballs, 20#, 10'
15 Med Ball V Ups, 20#

Slowed it down to work on squat form...still leaning towards my left side.
Lower weight and focus on single leg exercises for awhile.
