C2.  5-Way upper body Medball Plyo Circuit 2x10ea @ 10#

D.  Deadlift work up to 5RM - 405#
*Grip slipped a bit early on rep 4 although BB freshly lubed

E.  Deadlift Max Reps @ 325# (80% of 5RM) - 13
