Week 4 Day 3 - Running

Work Capacity
14 x 50 yard sprints (every 40 seconds)
Rest 3 minutes
12 x 50 yards sprints (every 40 seconds)
Rest 5 minutes
10 x 100 yard sprints (every minute)
Goal is sub 8 seconds for 50s and sub 18 seconds for 100s
