Week 5 Day 1 - Strength

Strength
A.  Bench Press 6x6 @ 250#
Sets 1 and 2 complete, set 3 (5 reps), set 4 (3 reps), set 5 (2 reps), set 6 (0 reps)
Sets were completed to 6 reps w/ spotter giving just enough to get it up

B.  Back Squat 10x10 @ 203# (BW)

C.  Deadlift 5x3 @ 309#-349#-363#-378#-397#

Durability
Sidestep w/ band
